Social media is certainly a double-edged sword. While the unhappy and fake news menace is always present, social media can sometimes also help you with some great news that will truly make your day.
And here is one of them!
Recently a tweet by John Watret, a pilot and the Chancellor of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, went viral. He shared a picture of a mother and daughter duo co-piloting a Delta Airlines flight. The flight was from Los Angeles, California to Atlanta, Georgia. Needless to say, the picture won hearts on social media and has garnered over 40,000 likes and 16, 000 shares.

The responses to the picture were also amazing with people calling it ‘mother-daughter goals’ and ‘truly inspirational.’
How about a big congratulations for a mother daughter team! Thats a great accomplishment, I don recall many parent decendant ( is that politically correct enough) flight crews
Have tons of fun the both of you and a great career to both of them.— Fernando Mendoza L (@fmendozal56) March 18, 2019
