Samsung will open its virtual assistant, Bixby to the third-party developers for the first time at an event in San Francisco next week. Samsung has wooed app developers to build apps for Bixby to boost its challenge to Amazon’s Alexa, Apple’s Siri, and Google’s Google Assistant.
