Philippines building calamity-resistant green city

The Philippines is building a green city that will be resistant to natural calamities like earthquakes. The 95sqkm Clark Green City, an environmentally sustainable township 100km that will be ready by 2022, will act as a back-up capital from where the government could function if a natural calamity hit Manila.
