Four ways to reduce your alcohol intake.

  1.  Find a reason – for example if your face has puffed up, or you have already got that belly fat that you hate so much.  Think of it as a motivation to cut back.
  2. Tweet and let everyone know – Talking about your resolution with others helps the most. Click here to tweet.
  3. Pledge to drive others home – Offer friends that you would drive back home, so that you are restricted to non-alcoholic drinks. This would give you some extra brownie points as well.
  4. Start a Sober fund – Save the money that you would normally spend in a jar, and reward yourself with the thing you wanted to buy forever.
